Refund policy
At Top Songs Prints, we strive to offer high-quality digital products and ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the digital nature of our products, the following refund conditions apply:

Digital products
All our products are downloadable digital files, not physical items. Once the purchase has been completed and the download link has been sent to the email address provided, the product is considered delivered. Custom orders have their own refund policies (please read the last paragraph of the page).
For this reason, refunds are not issued in the following cases: If the product has already been downloaded successfully. If the customer enters their email address incorrectly when making the purchase (although in this case, they can contact us so we can resend the files once the purchase has been verified).

Cases in which a refund is accepted
Refunds will only be issued in the following situations: The file received is damaged or cannot be opened. A duplicate purchase of the same design has been made. The customer has not downloaded the design and requests a refund within the first 14 calendar days after purchase.
In these cases, the refund will be processed to the same payment method used and may take up to 10 business days to appear in the customer’s account, depending on their bank.

Request procedure
To request a refund, email us at info@topsongsprints.com stating: Full name used for the purchase. Email address used. Order number. Reason for the request.
Our team will review the case and, if it meets the conditions above, we will proceed with the refund or resend the product within a maximum of 48 hours.

Files not received
If you do not receive the email with the download link after your purchase: Check your junk or spam folder. If you can’t find it, email us at info@topsongsprints.com with your order details. Once the purchase is verified, we will resend the files at no additional cost.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
If you have purchased a custom digital design, a refund will be available during the first 24 hours after payment, provided that the requested design has not yet been delivered to the buyer. After this period, it is not possible to issue a refund.
